How To Get Started

If you have no previous experience in Pilates, you are recommended to do a minimum of 4 Private (1-to-1) sessions, which aims to introduce you to the principles of Pilates which is fundamental in achieving the long-term benefits of the exercise programme.  These Quick Start Sessions will be incorporated into the Introductory Pilates when you join the class. 

Rehabilitative Programme

We provide comprehensive rehabilitative programme for clients with chronic pain and injuries. Clients who require structural and alignment work are highly recommended to work with a teacher privately. Our Master Teacher and the Pilates Rehab Practitioner (Physiotherapist) have more than 10 years of experience in the field of chronic pain rehabilitation.

Recommended Frequency

We encourage you to play an active role in your exercise training.  You will learn to be independent with the equipment set up.  Do understand that continuity will be an important factor in achieving progress and the desired results. 

For maximum performance enhancement and alignment changes, 3 sessions per week are optimal.  Regular attendance of 2 sessions per week is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Private (1-to-1) classes.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Reformer Group classes.

Failing to do so will have a class credit deducted from your package. We seek your understanding as we have to consider our wait-listers and the time of the teacher we booked.

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Studio Policy

  • Packages between Kent Ridge, Holland, Parkway Centre and Jurong Gateway studio are non-transferrable.
  • Appointment booking is required for all classes.
  • Exercise attire that is slightly form-fitting and socks are required to be worn for classes. Socks are available for purchase at our studio.
  • Usage of equipment to be under the supervision of a teacher at all times.
  • Clients are responsible for returning equipment to the rightful place and cleaning up after use.
  • Usage of mobile phones is prohibited during classes.
  • We recommend that no jewellery be worn during classes.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the exercise rooms.
