Our Team
Our vision is to help clients be pain-free and enjoy doing what they love to do. We strongly believe Pilates is a fantastic technique that can greatly improve the physical well-being of everyone.
Collin Low
Founder
Collin Low is the protégé of Pilates Master Teacher, Alvin Giam (1955 – 2015) who started the Pilates movement in Singapore. Collin was schooled and groomed under the careful tutorship of Alvin for close to a decade.
Post Alvin’s passing, Collin transited and continued Alvin’s legacy under The Pilates Works.
The years with Alvin and the inherited relationships with the US direct lineage master teachers continue to humble and inspire Collin to propagate the principles and benefits of Pilates.

Keren Ong
Founder, Senior Instructor
Entering her 9th year in teaching Pilates, Keren is an extremely seasoned instructor who was trained under the late Pilates Master Teacher Alvin Giam (1955-2015). Keren is a certified instructor with the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). She has plenty of experience in rehabilitation Pilates and has helped a wide variety of clients, many of whom can attest to the change that Pilates has made to their bodies.
Keren has suffered from chronic back pain for many years which eventually led to a disc bulge and pinched sciatica nerve. The debilitating pain prompted her to look for relief in various disciplines like acupuncture, osteopathy, and chiropractic treatment, but it was only through Pilates that she found permanence in her pain relief and developed strength and flexibility in my body that she never had.
Keren believes in helping others enjoy a better quality of life through Pilates. When she’s not at work, Keren enjoys eating, loves beer, travelling and talking walks in the nature.

Anna Raja
Instructor
Anna first discovered mat Pilates when she was living in London in the ’90s, some 30 years ago and it helped her increase her awareness about her posture and general alignment. Around 3 years ago, she suffered from a slipped disc and tried out Reformer Pilates. The experience changed her life, and she was able to progress to do exercises that she never thought possible. This inspired her to leave her 30 year career in corporate communications and branding to become a Pilates teacher and she hasn’t looked back since! Now a Core Dynamics certified Pilates instructor, Anna is able to help others the way she’s been helped. Clients can look forward to grasping a deeper understanding of their own movements, and increased awareness of their bodies during Anna’s classes.
Anna also enjoys deep water running, which she finds to be a great complement to her Pilates and is an excellent workout in general. She has two rescue cats, Bodhi and Saffron, that bring her great joy.
